PRODUCT WARRANTY & LIABILITY POLICY
Effective Date: May 21, 2026
This Product Warranty & Liability Policy explains the limited warranty provided by VitaYouth Solutions LLC (Company, we, us, our) on products purchased from VitaYouth.store, including warranty coverage, claim procedures, remedies, exclusions, and liability limitations. This policy supplements the Product Usage Disclaimer and Terms of Service, all of which you agree to by purchasing from us.
IMPORTANT: This warranty applies ONLY to manufacturing defects and product failures. It does NOT apply to health outcomes, allergic reactions, product performance, or user error. For health and safety disclaimers, see the Product Usage Disclaimer.
1. LIMITED WARRANTY OVERVIEW
VitaYouth.store provides LIMITED warranty on select products. Warranty is available ONLY if:
- Product is purchased directly from VitaYouth.store (not from resellers, marketplaces, or third parties)
- Product is in original condition with original packaging intact
- Claim is made within the warranty period specified below
- Defect is manufacturing-related, not user-caused
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE BY PRODUCT CATEGORY

2.3 Skincare, Cosmetics, and Topical Products
Products: Serums, creams, masks, oils, foundations, eyeshadows, lipsticks, and all topical beauty/skincare products.
WARRANTY PERIOD: NONE - No warranty provided
REASON: Once a cosmetic product is opened or used, the Company cannot verify it has not been contaminated, mishandled, or stored improperly. Cosmetics are classified as products where warranty cannot be reasonably enforced.
EXCEPTION: If a topical product arrives with a broken seal or visible contamination (from manufacturing, not customer handling), contact support@vitayouth.store within 48 hours for replacement. This is addressed as a defective arrival, not a warranty claim.
2.4 Supplements and Ingestibles
Products: Capsules, powders, gummies, tablets, liquids, and all oral supplements.
WARRANTY PERIOD: NONE - No warranty provided
REASON: FDA regulations and safety standards prohibit warranty on ingestible products. Once a supplement is in customer possession, the Company cannot verify it has been stored safely, not consumed, or not contaminated.
EXCEPTION: If a supplement bottle arrives with a broken seal, manufacturing defect (leaked contents, broken tablets, visible contamination), contact support@vitayouth.store within 48 hours for replacement. This is addressed as a defective arrival, not a warranty claim.

4.2 Step 1: Contact Company
To initiate a warranty claim: Email support@vitayouth.store with subject "Warranty Claim - [Order Number]" including full name, order number, order date, delivery date, product name, description of defect.
4.3 Step 2: Submit Documentation

Do NOT discard or destroy the defective product - keep it for inspection.

4.5 Step 4: Return Inspection
Once Company receives the returned defective product: product is physically inspected to determine if defect is manufacturing-related; inspection results documented with photos; timeline: inspection completed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
4.6 Step 5: Resolution
Based on inspection results: APPROVED CLAIM - Company will either ship replacement at no cost or issue refund of product purchase price (original shipping NOT refunded). REJECTED CLAIM - Product is either returned to customer at their expense or retained and discarded. Resolution timeline: 14-21 business days after inspection completion.

These claims are NOT COVERED: Customer dropped laser device from table, it broke (customer damage, not manufacturing defect); retinol serum did not reduce wrinkles after 2 weeks of use (product performance expectation, not a defect); customer used facial device on wet skin against instructions and it stopped working (misuse, not manufacturing defect); EMS device battery died after 1 year of daily use (normal battery degradation, outside 30-day warranty period); serum caused allergic reaction (allergic response is not a product defect); customer claims device doesn't work but provides no documentation or photos (insufficient evidence); claim filed 45 days after delivery (outside 30-day warranty window).

The Company will not issue refunds exceeding the original product price. This is the maximum liability for any warranty claim.
7.2 No Consequential Damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR lost profits or revenue; lost time or opportunity; emotional distress or reputational harm; skin damage, irritation, or adverse health effects; medical expenses or treatment costs; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; any damages for which the cause is not directly the defective product.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product, not to exceed USD $500.00.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY: The Company makes NO other warranties, express or implied; products are provided as-is with all faults; the Company disclaims any warranty of merchantability (fit for sale); the Company disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; the Company makes no warranty that products will meet customer expectations or produce specific results; the Company makes no warranty regarding non-infringement of third-party rights.
9. INTERACTIONS WITH RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

WARRANTY: Applied to manufacturing defects within 30 days. Customer must provide evidence of defect. RETURN: Applied to buyer's remorse or change of mind. Product must be unopened, unused, original condition.

9.3 Defective Arrival
If a product arrives defective (e.g., broken sealing, contamination from manufacturing): This is treated as a WARRANTY CLAIM, not a return. Report within 48 hours (even though general warranty period is 30 days). Company will issue replacement or refund.
10. INTERACTION WITH PRODUCT USAGE DISCLAIMER
This Warranty Policy covers MANUFACTURING DEFECTS only. For health and safety issues, see the Product Usage Disclaimer.

This warranty is non-transferable. It applies ONLY to the original purchaser. If you sell, gift, or transfer the product to another person, warranty is voided.
12. WARRANTY AND STATE LAW
This warranty provides specific legal rights. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages. To the extent prohibited by law: Any limitations on implied warranties are limited to 30 days; liability for consequential damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted; this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
