VitaYouth ships to supported destinations in the United States and internationally.

SHIPPING COSTS

VitaYouth offers free standard shipping to most supported destinations. Shipping charges may apply to Australia and New Zealand. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before purchase.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs or other fees imposed by their country.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is generally 10–31 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, fulfillment location, destination, carrier operations, customs, holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Orders may be shipped by third-party fulfillment partners and carriers. The carrier may vary by product and destination.

Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.

Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is split into multiple shipments.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, VAT, taxes or other government charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing may extend delivery times.

DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information and contact us. We will review the shipment status and work with the fulfillment partner or carrier where appropriate.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Please retain the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Returns, refunds and replacements are subject to the VitaYouth Return and Refund Policy.
